Преди да изберем слънцезащитен продукт, е важно да разберем някои основни понятия за слънцезащитата:
SPF (Sun Protection Factor): Това е мярка за защитата от UVB лъчи, които причиняват изгаряне на кожата. По-високото число SPF означава по-висока защита. Експерти препоръчват използването на слънцезащитен крем с SPF 30 или повече.
Broad Spectrum: Продуктите с широк спектър предлагат защита и от UVA и UVB лъчите. UVA лъчите са свързани с преждевременно стареене на кожата и рак на кожата.
Както при много други продукти обаче, не винаги високата цена е оправдана с високо качество на продукта. Днес ще разгледаме някои от продуктите, тествани от STIFTUNG WARENTEST - независима организация за тестове и изследвания в Германия, която редовно тества слънцезащитни продукти. Тествани са 17 различни слънцезащитни продуктa със слънцезащитни фактори 30, 50 или 50+ . Резултатите са предимно обнадеждаващи, като 13 от изследваните продукти са получили най-малко оценка „добър“ или дори „много добър“. Но за нас беше изключително интересно да разберем, че продукти в ниския ценови клас, всъщност предлагат не по-малко добра защита от такива в средния и високия.
Победител в класацията е Garnier Ambre Solaire Hydra 24 Protect SPF30.
Това слънцезащитно мляко получава най-много точки, покривайки напълно изискванията за защита и състав, а цената му е около 20 лева за 200 мл. продукт.
Второто място се дели между няколко продукта, също получили оценка „много добър“. Сред тях са Eau Thermale Avène Intense Protect, Nivea Sun спрей, както и La Roche-Posay Anthelios, което не е изненада. Изненадата тук са два продукта на веригата DM – DM Alverde и DM Sun Dance, както и продуктът на LIDL – Cien Sun. И трите продукта са в ниския ценови клас /около 10-12 лв. за 150 мл./, но защитата, която осигуряват на кожата, е доста по-добра от тази на известни продукти като например Eucerin Sun Allergy Protect, който струва между 40 и 50 лева за опаковка от 150 мл. и е получил резултат от изследването „задоволителен“.
Както виждаме, не винаги цената оправдава качествата на дадения продукт. Важно е да помним и правилата за осигуряване на максимална защита:
Нанесете достатъчно количество от продукта върху кожата поне 15 минути преди излагане на слънце.
Повторете нанасянето на всеки 2 часа или след плуване или силно изпотяване.
Не забравяйте да защитите и чувствителните зони на тялото, като лицето, ушите и гърба на ръцете.
